Of course you would!!! Actually a brown base with blond highlights is a very popular look. If you want to color your entire hair to blonde then it is a lot easier to make it happen with brown hair rather that any other color i.e. black or red. Plus, every girl needs to experience being a blonde...really! I think you should go for the blonde girl
Last year I changed my natural dark brown hair to a settle "ashy" blonde, and even though it looked fabulous, every time I got it re-touched my hair went lighter and lighter. So of course, my hair took a big damage hit. What I would do different is doing highlights for about 6 months, and then color the rest, that way you go gradually.
Well, good luck future blond!!!!

PS: Don't be scared or hesitant of coloring your hair blonde, if Beyonce, Jessica Alba and Lindsay Lohan can pull it off... anyone can... Actually I take that back, please don't do a Christina Aguilera, she fantasizes with Marilyn Monroe way too much...it does not look right, she is definitely trying way to hard, so watch out for that.

My advice: don't do it! You'll go crazy dying the roots every few weeks!! I tried it myself a few years ago and will never do it again. Why do we all want to be blond? Embrace your dark hair, even if you enhance it with a darker haircolor, such as a nice plum or aubergine to give it a beautiful fresh, glossy look. Trust me :0)

It depends on your skin tone, but you could get blonde high-lites in your hair. My hair is red tone, but get blonde hight-lights a lot.
Ask your beautician.

You might, as long as you didn't go too light and your skin color would be complimented by blond hair.

Honestly, I see no reason for anyone to dye their hair. There's no such thing as a "bad" hair color in my opinion. As long as you have a good haircut (and clean your hair), your hair will look good.

i think it would depend on your eyebrows. Are they dark or light? You can also have them dyed as well to match your hair color.
