You don't. I'm 22, and my singing as well as my talking voice sound like those of a 16 year old - and I'm okay with that. If you want to make yourself sound older, chances are you'll just strain your vocal chords and then you'll not be able to sing well anymore in a fair couple years.

Go to a singing coach. Most likely, you are talking and singing from your nose. That gives you a more nasal and immature voice in both speaking and singing. A singing coach will help you to speak from your diaphragm (the thing that makes you hiccup when it spazes). That is where the fuller, more mature sound comes from.

If you are using words like "cuz", you probably are a little kid. If you are going to have a career, get a vocal coach...and increase your vocab to the word "because".

make sure you have tons of breath support behind the notes. remember, volume is not the same as breath support. practicing your breathing and breathing exercises will help.
