i was in a shop and,she states she is admiring mt tatts,then as she leaves,ismell nice to,what should i say.?

I was in a shop today and a female approached me and said she was admiring my tatts,then as she walked off she said i smell nice to then skiped back off behind the counter,was this a come on ,i was left speechless,i am going to buy something tomorrow what should i say to her,to let her know i find her personality very attractive..please help
