Yup, the only way to get iPhoto for free is to purchase a brand spankin' new Macintosh. Kind of a roundabout way, but still. :) iPhoto can be bought separately from the Mac as part of the iLife suite, but you still have to have a Mac to install that on. iTunes is the only app from the iLife suite that Apple has released for the Windows platform. None of the others have been developed for Windows.

Your best bet is to buy a Mac, the newer versions have the iLife suites installed.
