my sister is 13 and she has this guy that's 40 that likes her more then a friend.... he knows that she has a bf already but he likes 2 flirt with her anyway. What should she do?

Tell EVERYBODY!!! Parent, teachers, the police, neighbors, friends tell anybody and everybody to keep him away from her. Don't even worry if she will get mad at you, she has no idea what can happen until it already has. No good can come from their friendship. Be the uncool-est sister imaginable and call the police.

I'm sorry the fact that you say a forty year old men that like your thirteen year old sister the guy could be her dad your sister need to stay away from the guy because she is a baby she doesn't know what on his mind and if he's harassing her she will have to call authority

that's just odd and disgusting, he needs to know that, that its not right and that he needs help. secondly make sure that your sister is safe at all times when she is near him, first of all she's thirteen what is she doing around a 40 year old guy. but anyway just make sure that she has some sort of protection (Mace) and you as the sister talk to her about this and keep her away from him.
