your only choice now is to head to the doctor, they will tell you what to do, perhaps a dermatologist or if its a cyst they can schedule you with a plastic surgeon, ive had one removed before, no scar whatsoever, goodluck!

might not be a pimple. as a matter of fact, a month is too long for a pimple. a pimple lifespan is only a week at the most. Maybe it started off as one and you popped it and now it is a scab and you keep playing with it or it may be something more serious ranging from cyst to tumor.
