If I die without believing in him, won't I go to Hell? Why wouldn't he want to save me from that, when all it takes is just to convince me he exists?

What's all this faith crap? I don't see how blind faith will help, why can't he just say, "Here I am , I exist, now you can decide to love me or not."
If he wants us to choose him over Satan, it just seems to make sense to show himself instead of leaving most of us wondering.

He has already done so much! He sent His son to die for your sins and he left the greatest guide ever, The Bible. Even if you don't believe in God yet, reading the Bible can't hurt. It helped me to understand so many things. Maybe this is what God is doing to convince you. You wouldn't be asking this question unless you were ready to hear the answers. Don't wait for some big sign to convince you that God exists because you probably won't like the outcome. All it takes to go to heaven is to accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior. Everything else was taken care of when he died on the cross for you. Just ask God to forgive your sins and invite him into your life. It will be the best decision you ever made.

If he said "here I am", then who WOULDN'T Love Him? That's the point. Wouldn't it be a hollow kind of love if God had to force us to love him? Or if he proved his existence, same effect. If we knew that our choices were God/Satan, then it would take some kind of total idiot to choose Satan.

"The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist." -Baudelaire

Okay, imagine you are a billionaire. You are so megarich you know that you can have any guy you wanted, no matter how hot, talented or famous he is. All you have to do is flash a bit of the green his way and you got him locked. But how do you know that he loves you instead of your money? You will likely think that you'll lose him if you lose your money. Or that he'll divorce you and take half of your money. So what would you do to keep that from happening? Don't tell him that you are rich at the beginning. Let him fall in love with YOU, THEN as a reward for falling in love with the real you show him your riches. (That would be heaven.)

God wants to KNOW that we Love HIM. He wants US to choose to believe in him. And he wants us to CHOOSE Him! If he manipulates us in any way, with an obvious miracle or by forcing us, then HE is choosing. The choice we will be making won't be coming completely from us. At least part of it will be coming from Him. He doesn't want our Love coming from Him. It's pointless.

Does that help?

It's not just believing in him but accepting him as your personal savior that allows you to enter his kingdom. As for your question, He does want to save you and not go to hell that is why he allowed his only son to die on a cross and carry your sin with him. It is the belief in Him and faith that allows you to know that he really is there. I have never met him, but i believe...and thats good enough for me. I do hope you can find the inner faith and belive and accept him as your savior also so that you shall have everlasting life too.

look ... there's nothing you can do. according to the Bible the Bible god knows before he even creates your soul whether he'll be damning you to hell or rewarding you with heaven so if the Bible god happens to be real and you've been slated for eternal perdition you're screwed.

on the bright side ... if you've been created to be saved you have nothing to worry about.

Acts 13:48
And as many as were ordained to eternal life believed

Rom.8:29-30
For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate.... Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified

Jude 4
For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation.

2 Th.2:11-12
God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned.

What can God do to convince you? Walk on water? Perform miracles? Why, so in another generation, people will accuse you of making it up, just like the Bible?

There's a story in the Bible that addresses this. After Jesus came back from the dead, he was walking around in his old bruised-up body. Thomas didn't believe he had really died and come back to life. So Jesus let Thomas feel the hole in his stomach where the blood had all been drained.
Then Thomas said he believed. And Jesus was like, "oh sure it's easy to believe when you have no choice. But more blessed are they, who never see me in the flesh, but believe me anyway."

God's work is done. You were given a road map that is accurate. You choose to use it or ignore it. You have eternity to figure this out, so there is no rush. You can sleep on earth forever if it suits you, but sin, sickness, disease, and death belong to the earth cycle, so in time you'll want to try the leap of faith.

He has done a whole lot to Pardon you.He became man to offer
sinless blood for you,Now a Pardon with your name on it is in Heaven,But you have to approach God thru Jesus Christ and ask
for it.Is that so hard? Its the best deal you could ever make.I believe God has a place that only you can fill,I expect to meet you
in Glory.Things start to clear up after that,Life isn"t boreing anymore.

If you will honestly seek him, he will not turn a deaf ear..It is not his will for any to perish.

You already have a measure of faith,in that you believe or at least allude to the possibility of a heaven and hell. Now direct that faith in prayer..believing for him to make himself real to you,and to meet you at your need.

There was town that experienced a bad storm. A man who lived there was not worried, for he believed God would protect him. The rain kept on and the water rose. When it was chest high, a boat came by with rescue workers urging him to get in. He refused. "Go for the others," he said, "God will protect me." The rain kept on and the water rose. The man had to climb atop his roof to stay out of it. As he was perched on the gable, a copter came by dangling a rope ladder. "Get in!" the rescue workers pleaded. "Go on," the man said, "God will save me." The rain kept on and the waters rose. The man drowned.
He found himself standing outside the pearly gates, right in front of Saint Peter. The man was beyond confused. "What happened?" He demanded of Pete,"God was supposed to protect me, save me! I had complete faith!" Pete looks puzzled. "What are you talking about? He sent a boat and a helicopter!"
The point is, would you recognize God's convincing if you saw it?
