Adobe photoshop is very good but only if you know how to use it. When you first open Adobe, there's several palettes and a tool bar that can be hard to navigate.

For a basic version of photoshop try using Microsoft Paint that should already be on your PC. Saves you from downloading it and limited time using it to try when the trail licence runs out.
