For cheese's sake make the first move, but indirectly. Like, put up your hair in a different way and act as natural as possible without going Degrassi all over him. Boys are attracted to confident, naturally appealing, humorous girls (though you do get the "beautiful fool" lovers thrown in the mix sometimes) who know what they want and how to get it. hmm..well it sounds as if you're already his friend..so just keep talking to him and kinda slowly start flirting with him and stuff and be yourself and ya know dress all cute and stuff like that...just start into the flirting thing slowly and see how he responds.
