If you are experiencing anxiety, you need to see a counselor and talk about what is going on in your life to create this problem.

What is happening before bed? What are you eating, anything that is stimulating like caffiene? Is something going on in your life that frightens you? Ask yourself why you think this is happening.

All this should be discussed with a good counselor to resolve the issue.

Things you may consider:
*Listening to relaxing music
*Aromatherapy
*New pillow and/or mattress
*Getting a massage
*Reading before bed
*Hypnosis
*Seeing a therapist about anxiety issues
*Prescription medication (i.e. Lunesta) if this is chronic
