Try reading the book "The Road Less Traveled" by M. Scott Peck, M.D. See if you can find it in your local library. It is a very helpful. It doesn't point fingers or judge; it sees right on any body's level. Once you're done, you see life at a totally worthwhile point of view. Good luck.
