Some of my best dates have been involving some sort of walk - where you've got things to see, do & talk about without stressing about what to say. Whether at a park, arts district, canal, walk by a creek, etc. Hope this helps!

Listen to karaoke--the badder, the better :)
Go to a wine tasting or beer tasting
Horseback riding
Buy a couple of disposable cameras and go to a park or something and take pictures of each other.

The zoo, museums, historical areas, tourists traps, amusement parks, glow in the dark mini-golf, go-carts, hiking, wall/rock climbing, pool, Dave & Busters, lazer tag, in-line skating, aquariums, just to name a few.......

Go mountain biking, or skiing, or go on a hike. Rent a boat and go out on a lake. Its just fun stuff, thats not too expensive.
