I don't generally shave my bikini area, I wax. There is a product called Tendskin that will help with the razor bumps.

I would also suggest waxing. But, if you're adamant on shaving you can rub an antiperspirant-deodorant on the area. It stops the red bumps that are caused when your hair follicle gets irritated like from moisture and sweat. It's a trick my friends and I use. It works very well.

Waxing is the best...but if you insist on shaving, there's a product called "Tend skin". It's in a blue bottle with a gold cap, it's the best stuff you can get for that, you should be able to get it at most salons that do full body waxing.

There are these little razors you can get at any drugstore just for shaving the bikini area. They come in a pack of 3 and my husband has even used them to trim up and loves them. They come in a round package and are little. I forget the brand name.

The intuition razor works pretty well.

Another trick is to actually use hair conditioner as a shave cream. I know it sounds strange, but I've tried it and it works well.

don't shave, wax if possible or put some lotion before shaving and after shaving, something cool, like an ice pad helps too.

Cotton balls with rubbing alcohol after every shower. Keeps the itchy bumps away.
