My boyfriend and I love sweet salsa. Someone bought us a jar for christmas and it was gone in a week and we've got to have more. We also have had peach salsa and liked it. I would appreciate your recipes very much and the sweeter the better!

Sweet Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
1 clove garlic, diced
1 tablespoon ginger root, diced
1/2 medium Spanish onion, diced
a splash of lime juice
1 tangerine, peeled and diced
1/2 pear, cored and diced
4 strips dry mango, diced
3 sprigs watercress, finely chopped
2 TB dried mint -- crumbled
1 TB olive oil
Salt
pepper

Directions:
In a medium bowl mix together the garlic, ginger and onion with the lime juice. Stir in remaining ingredients and season to taste. Serve with chips, seafood and vegetables

Here is a sweet salsa recipe

2 TB dried mint
1 TB olive or grapeseed oil
Salt
pepper


MIx all ingredients; add salt & pepper to taste. Allow to chill for at least 1 hour.

dice two mangos,one can of pineapple chunks,and one or two apples i like granny smith but use what you like, add 2-3 tblsp of the pineapple juice and a squeeze of honeyand a pinch of salt mix-delicious on chicken,pork or fish. enjoy
