he said I should call him sometime and wanted to hang out..but he also said he practically has a gf...what should i do?? is this an excuse not to go out with me or is it that he really likes someone else. How to go about this?

No, it's an excuse to go out with you. By saying 'practically' he is leaving the door open in case things might work out with you.

Girl, tend to wear their heart on the sleeve therefore it will get hurt every time. Keep you distance with him because he told you that he has a girlfriend. If he cheats with you and the breaks it off with her to be with you, he will cheat on you down the line. What goes around comes around. You should wait until things are done with the present girlfriend. When they break up then you may ask him out. But think about it, if he does not ask you out if the break up occurs then it is not you he want. Just be careful with this one. Find a single guy, there is a lot of them out there, good ones at that.

What does "practically" mean? You either have a girlfriend or don't have a girlfriend. Could he have been talking about you in some context? If not, he is trying to play you.

i think he's one of those "i want everything" guys. you said he's got a gf and still wants to hang out. so we can say that he's not very faithful and he's just playing.

well if he says he has another gf and acts like he does then he does... but like if he flurts with u or something like that than he shouldnt have one! that or he is just a player!!! u know?
