If Germany had won the battle for Britian I believe in 1941, then it would have been a whole new ball game. Would the Japaneese still have attacked us in Hawaii? Would they have needed too? For the sake of this argument, lets say that they did still attack Hawaii on December 7th.
The war would have taken much longer, because we wouldn't have had Britian to build up forces and supplies for the invasion of mainland Europe. This would have left us with Africia as the building block from which we would have to start liberating Europe from. Would the rest of the British forces that were in the Far East surrendured to Japaneese forces since they had surrendured to Germany? More than likely they would have because that is the common rule of surrendering. This would have left alot of countries that the United States would have had to fight with the few remaining countries that were against the Axis powers.
Germany would have more than likely conquered most of north Africia and the middle east (Iraq and Iran) and would have had the necessary oil reserves to conquer Russia even in the harshest of winters.
The industrial might of the United States would have kicked into full gear and the United States would have told the neutral countries like Mexico and other south American countries that they would have to assist in the fighting or they will be overrun and would be speaking either German, Itialian or Japaneese real soon. This would have probably given the extra manpower and industrial strength needed to defeat the Axis powers.
The total cost in human lives would have been more like 300 million instead of the estimated 62 million that were actually killed. The Jewish nationality would have been all but exterminated, as well as the other groups, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Africian just to name a few, that were persecuted during the war. The cost in terms of money could not be calculated because the entire world would be in ruins.
The world would have taken decades to recover in terms of the buildings and businesses, but the loss of human lives would have effected the world for at least 100 years.
Of course this is all speculation, and thank goodness we didn't have to find out what would have happened.
This would be a great thesis paper to write for a person who was majoring in world events or world history.
Great Question!!!!

get real:
The UK, the Brits, Scotts, Welsh would have fought to the death: no nazi would have gone far.
Trust Welshmen, Welsh women and children would have made such a nightmare for Herr hirler and his slimey group of zazi krauts.
Yes, I spelled hitleor wrong: why care.
The zazi's could have landed, but the result would have been "total warfare", as they hit the beaches, the British would have pilled on, and on.
Besides the Royal Navy was intact: it would have been a disaster: likely welcomed by Churchill: the USAF Army Air Corps was in range in North Africa: to bomb the Germans into the "stone age' as they did.
The US would have used the B-29's in Europe: longer war, same result.
Dead zani's.
I like to spell that word "wrong" they deserve no respect.

Possible but russia and the US still had a chance, so long as they stuck together and Germany still tried to push through the russian winter. Also depend on when britain fell and what resistance they put up, and if we still got the nuke first.

It defiently would have. This is like our situation now. If we pull back and leave the middle east unguarded, terrorists will take over the world.
