No. A toaster oven is to small. The heating elements are too close to the ham. It would be burned where the elements are closest to the ham, and still cold on the other side. They are not meant for that kind of cooking. Try a convection oven... its faster and browns nicely.

Do not try a toaster oven! The best way to cook a ham is slowly and in a conventional oven. This will allow the sugar & spices to go through the ham. Basting during cooking is strongly recommended.

A toaster oven is much too small. When you are cooking you need plenty of air space to evenly heat your food from the outside in. Cooking a ham at 325 degrees for 20 minutes a pound should do alright.

umm...i'm afraid that thing might catch on fire in a toaster oven. I wouldnt do that.
