try "got2b" glued, it's a yellow bottle container, and they have it in spray and gel. The Spray is really good, you can even feel the thickness, and will keep it the shape you want.

Hair glue should do the trick. But as far as hairspray goes Aqua net is an old 80's favorite of mine, and trust me I had some BIG hair back in the day.

whats an emo.. your hair has to be the right length if its to long its a hassle but if its to short then it pretty much stands up on its own pretty much, what i would do is just kind of experiment with your hair you need it to be damp and you need the right amount of hair gel.

Elmers glue works really well. But if your hair is short you may not require that much support. But it will hold all day, and keep it perfectly in place. Really great for mowhawks and spikes.

Get yourself some freeze spray and Pantene hair pomade.
I tease my hair sometimes and those are the products I use, they should work well for the "emo" spike too.
Happy styling!

My brother uses Super Goop by PPS and he seems to think that it works really well. His hair always looks perfect... for a guy anyway.

Fructis is good stuff if you want to go cheaper. Otherwise I love Redkin and ReWind is an amazing product.

use a wax first and then a hairdryer. Then use hairspray. Then hairdry on low again.

You should try the Fructis hair fiber gum. It holds really well and it will give you any result you desire.
