probably because like most teens the christians developed an identity problem and had to define themselves by proving that they are as different from the parents as possible, even though the parents is almost always right

as well early early christianity often used the tactic of making judaism look as bad as they could in order to gain christian converts

Because of the following...

Jesus said he came to be the permanent sacrifice and do away with animal sacrifices. Jews don't believe this.
Jesus told his disciples to go all over the world and save everyone, not just the Jews. This was news to them.
Jesus told Peter it was okay to eat "unclean" animals because God did not expect other cultures to adopt Jewish ways. The Jews disagree.
Jesus claimed to be the Son of God. Jews say no way.

In short, Jesus claimed to bring a fresh vision to the law and to bring more compassion to the people. The Jewish clergy of his time didn't like that, so they forever turned Jewish believers away from him.

Because the Nation of Israel reject their King and had him killed. When they blasphemed the Holy Ghost they were blinded and they fell. Romans 11: 25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. Today God is deal with all people alike. Salvation is what the Lord Jesus Christ did on the cross for all that would believe. He died for our sins. Galatians 3: 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
