usually its pretty obvious when ppl are looking at you, but i guess best way to not get noticed is to look away start a conversation with someone, or to avoid such thing you can just take a beta blocker(propanlol) used for stage fright which can minimize nervousness

wow it took me a long time to get over that and it always bothered me that no one else seemed as flustered as I looked when I did, I mean I got these red blotches all over me and they were hot like a rash crawling up my face and I could see black and white spots, so stupid really. I think I finally came to realize no one is any better than me and i'm going to be me for a long time and it would suck to feel this way for the rest of my life and just kinda got over it, its within you just find it, sorry I know you wanted like step one and two but its not like that, good luck Kim

Make a joke about it.
I remember once I made a joke about my friend and everyone laughed at him so he turned around and said "do you still fancy jenny?" Who was sitting right next to me at the time
I went bright red and burst out laughing and congratulated him on a fantastic comeback

walk away. I have the same problem, I am a huge blusher. I always have been and there is nothing I can do about it. People always make it way worse by saying "look at how red she is"
I hate it.

Just claim that you were too dry and like to try new colors to coordinate your face and your wardrobe.
Are you sure this isn't just a hot flash?

i think hiding it only will make it worse. when i do something embarrassing or stupid, I'll tell somebody about and have a good laugh! people are more accepting then you may think. plus everybody does stupid stuff sometimes.

Laugh about it- lets face it, people arn't as stupid as you're implying by them not knowing. They know, if they're polite they simply wont' say anything. Might as well laugh cause they will later

I laugh it off. Everyone else laughs and it's forgotten in a couple of minutes.
