If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.

For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer over thirty times. Usually, the person who voted it the best answer was amazed at how well it worked, even those who had severe cases of acne. I'll copy and paste it below.

Use a hot compress on it (a washcloth, sponge, or anything that will allow you to apply moist heat to the area), and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, rinse it with warm water, blot off the excess water with a clean towel, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.

Here are some of the previous comments I cut and pasted from those who voted it as the best answer, (Copied and pasted as written. Capital letters seen are as originally answered)

Just don't touch it or pop it. It'll eventually go away. But if you want immediate care, you should go to the drugstores and find the instant formula thingy that will rid it right away within a day i think. Sorry i don't remember what it's called.

Use pro-activ!!! It works just as advertised!! If you watch the commercials you can find good deals on it. I've used it for over a year now and I've been acne free. It takes awhile to take affect but it works.

i've heard that dabing warm salty water on them with a cotton ball helps. wash your face twice a day with an acne free wash, then tone and moisturise. if you have really bad pimples you should go to a skin specialist.

Go to a dermatologist and get some antibiotics. It sounds like you have cystic acne.
