Absolutely whatever you do don't cheat on the girl you are with. things you do will come back yo bite you in the end. it's wrong. Just break up with whoever you are with and start a new relationship with the girl you want to be with.

Eventually you will have to pick one or the other. Make a decision on which one and stick to it. Try to be fair to these girls. They are entitled to some honesty and peace of mind.

You end the relationship with the girl you are with and then start the relationship with the new girl.
Easy.
If you want both the new girl has to accept that you are doing it discretely but be wary that when your relationship with her ends she will have no reason to keep her discreteness. :)
