I didn't like the answers I got earlier, please, If you have no real knowledge of this topic, don't answer. I am asking cause I need help. If you aren't gonna be of any help. Then don't answer.

My Fiance was called back up by the IRR last April. We were told that if he signed back up for the remainder of his original contract, that he would no longer owe back his previous re-enlistment Bonus. The Army is now taking 55% of his gross pay. We have a family to support. We Need Help! He's in School reclassifying his MOS, and bringing home what equals to minimum wage!
Also, Is he supposed to be getting Family Separation?
DFAS won't answer calls, letters, or emails.

Yes, he was outed, for failing a PT test. HIs commander at the time was a real a**.
It was an IRR recruiter that hunted him down. If it wasn't "legal" to re-enlist him by military standards, it wouldn't have happened.

I believe you are getting the run around. I would call your local governers office. They will be able to speed up the process. If you go to jag they will be limited in their help unless you have leverage. I would also call your veterans affair office to see what they can do. I have a good friend going through this and still is waiting. I will tell you that it is a case by case situation. I wish you all the luck because when it comes time for our troops to collect on their service to all of us Americans and give us the freedom so many take for granted the government is slow to react.
