Wow, she is an old girl huh? Well at that age, the problem could be arthritis. But the only way to know for sure is to take her to the vet. They can do an exam and may need to take X-rays. That is the best route to take at this point, no need to let your beloved pet walk around in pain. Depending on what the vet finds, there are probably some meds your dog can take to feel better. Also for any future use, either don't let the dog on the bed anymore or make sure there is something soft fixed to the floor (make sure it wont slide when the dog jumps) around your bed. Good Luck!

The only person who would know for sure if your dog's leg/paw is broken, sprained, or fractured is a vet. You should take your dog to the vet first thing in the morning (or rush your dog to the emergency vet) to make sure your dog's leg/paw are okay.
Your vet will probably want to get X-rays to make sure everything is okay which is pricy, but I definately think it's worth it to be sure.
It could be a sprain, but it's better to be safe than sorry. When my dog had a sprain she just completely couldn't walk on her leg (which freaked me out and I rushed her to the emergency vet). Good Luck.

The really only way to figure out is going go to the vet. It is the best and recommended.
It might be abled to be fixed but not entirely sure.
If she still limps take her to the vet.
If she is not, i think it is still good to take it to the vet because you never know if it is still in bad condition. Just check on it for your dogs health

check if there is something on the bottom of her foot, when my dog had a thorn in its paw, it did the same thing, check the limping leg's paw, if theres nothing, feel its bones, if your not sure, take it to the vets.

How bad do you think it is? You can try to put a nice bandage around its paw for now, and if it doesnt get better take it to the vet. (soon as in 1-3 days)
