So i try to brush my tongue, but it is just damn nearly impossible for me because i have really bad gag reflex.. So bad, the dentist could not put the Xray thing in my mouth to take a picture.

Any recommendations on how to overcome this? Or do i have this for the rest of my life? Its bad, and really uncomfortable a lot of the times. I Can't even gargle mouthwash.
I use to be able to, but not in the past couple of years.

Thank you in advance

maybe you need some chloraseptic spray first to numb your mouth first

I have the same with the toothbrush thing, but just try brushing your tongue while standing on 1 foot, it REALLY works. I know it sounds crazy, I thought so to when someone advised me.

Don't think about it so much.
Brush the front part of your tongue.
Soon you may be able to move back a bit.
You are not suppose to brush down your throat for goodness sake.
