It seems to get worse after I sneeze. Its only my left eyelid... why is that happening? Is it because I am tired?

It's most likely because you're tired. Just make sure to get adequate sleep every night (8+ hours), and the twitching should cease.

I am pretty sure its because of lack of sleep or watching too much television. It can also happen if your spending too much time in front of a computer aaaaallllllll day, like me. You should try to get eight hours of sleep per day and start doing this in a consistent pattern.
If you spend to much time looking at a screen, try to get at least 15 minutes break every hour.
