Hello,
Talk to your vet. They should know who to contact about the papers and what to do.

If the dog came from Brazil, you CAN'T get AKC papers. It won't have any papers because it wasn't bred here. You are out of luck there, sorry.
Why did you get a dog from Brazil when there are millions of animals waiting for homes here? Sounds like a scam waiting to happen...it probably was since there isn't anything called a toy yorkshire. What you got yourself is a Brazilian mutt.
You should get your pet fixed as you clearly don't know ANYTHING about dogs. It makes me shudder to think that someone with your knowledge of dogs is breeding and you don't even know what kind of dog you have.

Sounds like a lot of poor planning. Just why did you breed your dog to begin with? What kind of contract was there? Did you know there is a spell check that you can use before posting a question? And why was she willing to breed her b*tch to your dog without pedigree and health certifications in hand?
Sounds like backyard breeders out for a quick buck at their dogs' expense not responsible breeders out to better the breed.
If you want to breed responsibly, get the AKC papers for your dog, contact them and the people you bought the dog from to see if the dog does have papers of any kind. Then take your dog to shows and enter him to see if he is up to the breed standard. In the meantime research and learn what it means to be a good breeder.

Please reconsider using your dog for breeding purposes. There are many Yorkies available from reputable breeders and given the overwhelming number of unwanted puppies in the world, the world does not need another backyard breeder. Please also consider neutering your dog. There are many good reasons to do this, including decreasing his territoriality and, therefore, his aggressiveness. In addition, there is nothing magical about an AKC registration. It is no guarantee of health or behaviour and without documentation of pedigree, you will be unable to register your dog.

You have no business breeding dogs if your knowledge level doesn't include proper registration papers. You won't get AKC papers for a Toy Yorkshite because there is no such thing as a toy yorkie....

akc is the American kennel club if your dog came from Brazil, they must have some sort of similar club , I would contact the person you got the dog from and find out what his pedigree is.

Why did she want to breed with your dog without papers?? In order to get your dog registered, you will need to get the parents information from the breeder you got him from originally. He will have to send you paperwork on both parents or give you the information via telephone or email in order for you to register your dog.
