No, because he has committed an unpardonable sin.
Just for the record, Lucifer and Satan are two different demons. Lucifer fell at the beginning of creation, Satan fell sometime between when the events of Job took place, and Christ's incarnation on earth

I wouldn't put it past God to pardon Satan if Satan repents, but Satan has had all the time in the world, and all the patience that God has shown him down through the millenia, and so far he has shown no remorse for sin, quite the contrary, so i doubt he can repent. His nature is probably so twisted by sin by now that the Holy Spirit's still small voice cannot influence him to repent, so it is too late for him (this is why the sin against the Holy Spirit is the unforgiveable sin).
Sure, the prophecies say Satan will be destroyed, but prophecies in the Bible do not always come true, because they are often conditional. Even Jonah's message "Yet 40 days and Nineveh will be overthrown" which looks pretty unequivocal and seems to offer no hope to the Ninevites, did not happen in the end because God, to Jonah's dismay, decided to spare the city when it repented.
I think the rate-limiting factor in the possibility of Satan repenting and becoming an angel of God again is Satan, not God.

Angels cannot be treated like imperfect humans, and vise versa. Satan was a perfect angel in the beginning but he wanted the worship that only belongs to God for himself. In so doing, he enticed the first human pair to rebel against God. (The first lie was told by Satan) He willfully turned against God so there is no forgiveness for him. He most certainly deserves destruction for having started a wicked rebellion against God. Humans on the other hand, because of imperfection, can be forgiven. Think of the pain, sorrow and death caused by Satan. Please read the scriptural warnings regarding Satan listed here. See 1 John 5:19, Revelation 12:9, James 4:7, Ephesians 6:11, 1 Peter 5:8,9. Even Jesus opposed him see Matthew 4:10. He is a powerful, but wicked spirit angel so no he cannot be forgiven.

This is a very good question. I would like to comment that angels are not completely different from humans. The KJV of the Bible says that humans are created "a little lower" than the angels. Obviously angels have free-wills just like humans do. Although angels have a spiritual body and are more powerful than humans. I don't have an answer to your question. I have wondered if humans will continue to have a free-will after they enter heaven. And if they do then what would happen if someone sinned or went against God after they reach heaven???? Could that be possible???

with the aid of devil's rebellious till the end of time, this can placed him to the lake of hearth that's mainly created for them. The apostle Paul printed that Christians will also take section contained in the judgement of those fallen angelic beings. "Do you not understand that we will choose angels?" (a million Corinthians 6:3 ). although God created guy to have a lot less skill than the angels, finally, Christ will empower resurrected believers to a position better than angels. " For you've made him a touch below the angels, and also you've were given topped him with glory and honor" (Psalm 8:5). So God nonetheless needs devil to repent contained ultimately, yet this isn't accessible for he's the daddy of all lies.

If satan were to repent she (I say she because the word lucifer has feminine conext and means adorned in scarlet and jewels and given to Him in marage) would be forgiven. However satan holds a position as the acuser and it was planned long ago for her to perrish after thousands of years of service. Oh, and angels as they are known can not really repent, they were not givern the ability to choose like humans were. Freedom to choose is the thing that god needed to give us so that he knew we weren't just serving him out of duty. Honestly she probably doesn't mind, I know I would be bored with that existence.

He is forgiving and loving to humans he created. Satan is a fallen angel, different beings, I am assuming different rules.
Good question but its apples and oranges.
He created us and loved us so much, when Satan came to destroy us and we fell for it, he gave us a way out. . . . . . . forgiveness.
Satan was more than just an angel but his right hand man, he betrayed God and I really don't think wants forgiveness. He wants to destroy humans for this very reason . . . .God will not forgive him but will us.
God Bless

God states that whomever has not already been sentenced to perish, who calls on the name of the lord shall be saved.
Unfortunately, Satan has already been through judgement, and was condemned to death. That sentence will not be overturned.
Be careful not to listen to somebody who thinks our God just does nothing but love, love, love.
He is a God of love, of course, but he hates alot of stuff, too.
And, He says when he comes back this time, its not as a lamb to the slaughter - nope, this time He returns with an iron rod - thats for correction. Anybody who thinks we serve a wimpy God, has a real big surprize coming. What if you came back from a trip and saw that your children have been the victims of one horror after another? Well, thats how He feels, and he intends to straighten things out. Besides, we are going through this flesh life to weed out the bad - we certainly don't want a repeat of this nonsense in the eternity -
God won't have that - its gonna get cleaned up real good.
God does not desire even one of his people to perish, but many, many will - Thats Gods Word, not mine.

The devil is intelligent, but not all that wise. Also, angels have a different standard, as there is no record of any demons or wicked angels ever repenting. Probably cuz they're like God's robots and Christ didn't die for them.
ever notice how the devil repeats himself? ie: tempted Eve to disobey, tempted Christ to disobey; tried sealing Daniel in a pit (lions den), tried to seal Christ in the grave; tried to BE God before thrown out, will trie again as Anti-Christ....the dude aint that bright....

Yes. God is Love. Total, forgiving Love.
You see an example of this in the Harry Potter series when Dumbledore (who represents Jesus, by the way) shows that he cares for Tom Riddle and is sad at what Tom has become.
I will brace myself for all the hate mail now.
