Yes I have one it is called Talking Alarm Clock. You can use some common Windows sounds or use your own MP3 files to play when the alarm is scheduled to go off. Cool features are you can set the alarm when to begin and end (For example, you can have it play at 9:15pm between September 1st and June 1st every weekday). There are many customizable options and has not once crashed or froze. Just to note: When creating an alarm, make sure you create it for your user profile. On my one computer, the account "owner" was the same as the administrator. The alarm clock recognized that I was on Administrator account, and it didn't go off, since it was set to go off with "owner" even though they are the same.

I have been using the alarm clock in Microsoft XP Plus for four years and it works great. I set it up with several alarms and different songs for each day of the week.
