These are examples of how people with ADD/ADHD think. Posted by people who have been diagnosed. But I totally think the same way. But doesn't everyone think that way? I do. Do you?

Saw the posted manner of thinking.

No, I don't think that way (hyperthinking requires a lot of effort!) but that does not necessarily mean that I am "normal".

ADD/ADHD is only a valid diagnosis because it impairs your social life, financial life, personal life. Otherwise, no one does not have ADD/ADHD. These days top university medical centers that specialize in these find that up to 90% of children are misdiagnosed. It's called "I don't want to parent syndrome" Have a great year. Will it be a great year? Suppose something happens that is bad this year? Did I take the garbage out? Will someone go through it? JK

THIS IS A TYPICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE DIAGNOSED ADD/ADHD CHILD OR ADULT....( WHICH IS OFTEN MISDIAGNOSED)

GOOD NEWS THOUGH MANY OF US ARE SERIOUS MULTI TASKERS WHICH CAN LEAD US INTO VERY STRONG CAREERS HOWEVER DAILY LIFE CAN BE DIFFICULT.

YOU MAY WANT TO CHECK OUT "INDIGO CHILDREN"
SEE IF YOU RELATE....I DID AND AFTER YEARS OF "THINKING" I HAD ADD AND THAT WAS THE PROBLEM I LEARNED THAT LIFE AS AN INDIGO CHILD HAS THE SAME SYMPTOMS....IF YOU ARE YOU WILL SOON REALIZE IT IS A GIFT NOT A DISABLITIY.

IN EITHER.... CONSIDER YOURSELF BLESSED, IMAGINE IF YOU WERE LIKE SO MANY OTHERS....UNABLE TO DO 50 THINGS AT ONCE...YOU WOULD GO NUTS FROM BEING BORED. YOUR MIND IS YOUR GIFT....LEARN TO DEVELOP IT INTO A POSITIVE ASSET IN YOUR LIFE.....GIVE THANKS FOR WHAT YOUR STRENGTHS ARE, BEING ADD IS NOT ALWAYS BAD....BUT GET A GOOD DOCTOR OTHERWISE IT CAN BE VERY FRUSTRATING.

I have ADD and that's how I think. "Normal " people don't think this way, though.
