It's unfortunate you can't post questions like that on here because of all the morons giving childish answers. Anyway, I think there should be a line drawn if you aren't married. I don't think the Bible uses the word masturbation, but if you feel guilty doing it, most likely it's the Holy Spirit telling you that it's not okay. Sounds like you are trying to do everything but have sex. That's where strength and faith should be exercised. So to answer your question, yeah, it's probably a sin unless you are married.

There is no place in scripture where masturbation is even mentioned, much less forbidden
Onan in Genesis 38:9 was punished for coitus interruptus which constituted refusal to provide his dead brother with an heir

I believe if they're married it is not. What ever gets it going should be the rule. Many others will probably disagree; that's why we have choices.

Well in the BIble it says its not good for a man to touch a women unless theyre married.Plus, the Bible also warns us to flee (youthful) lusts and RUN away from lustful desires.
