A few months ago, I met this guy at a bar, and I slept with him, and I know that we all have this image that if a person sleeps with someone when they first meet them--however it turned out that we did talk to eachother there after, and he goes to my school, the funny part is--is that I actually like this guy--now I have spontaneously slept with people before, but I was not looking for anything, I saw him again about a week ago, and I did not sleep with him, now to get to the point I read this bood-why men love *****'s and it said that if you sleep with a man when you first meet him he will loose respect for you--should I date him--can I date hime without sleeping with him?--will that be misleading since I slept with him before? Should I persue him? Or just move on?

it's rather true, once you sleep with a man, that is all he will ever think you are for and will lose respect for you. however, everything is worth a shot. if you feel like this guy is worth pusuing, by all means go for it--but make sure your relationship isnt just based on sex alone. sex shouldnt always be the answer for everything in a relationship. create a bond between the two of you that neither includes sex nor thoughts of it. if this guy is willing to make it work, then things should be okay. but if he ignores you or gives you any crap about what happened between you two, you're better off looking for someone else. Yes explain that his manliness turned you into an animal and you would never do that otherwise, then ask him if he wants more permenant similar treatment, youll trade him for dates
