Let me suggest 2 places, I believe , are great. First is the city courthouse. Often times they will call you a day or head because they will require services. This is great for a side job. Second is a bank. My wife and I moved to Biloxi,MS and there's limited people who translate Spanish, so she got all the spanish speaking customers, their trust, thier business, and promotions.

It probably depends on where you are located. Try finding work as a medical interpreter. I was one at International Language Services in Chicago, Illinois.

You have to study to become one, if you want to be really qualified.
Here in Europe you really have to study for four years like any other profession.
Apparently in the US is not the same.
