If no you wouldn't, well ...euh...yeah I can't do anything for you (no experience in butt kissing).
If yes you would, what do you need him for? Apparently just being good isn't enough for him, you also have to worship him otherwise all your "goodness" goes to waste....What's the point?

This is just religious nonsense. God does not want anyone worshiping him.

He wants you to be his friend.

Love and blessings Don

I could answer this question two ways...

If there were no God, then we would really have no standard. We'd all just be... being... and we might call something good or bad, but it wouldn't mean much.

If there were a God, and if I were "without" Him (not having a relationship with Him), then I think that would be not good (since God sets the standards).

Two lines of reasoning, same conclusion: no good without God.

The point is, you selfish little nothing, that maybe theres somebody perhaps in your family, who actually love you, care for you, and want your company in the eternity. Sadly, that will not be possible for them; but whatever - God totally agrees with you - he wants you to have that choice; thats what this flesh life is all about - the weeding out.
So you just don't even worry about it; you just go on having a great time and this way your goodness won't go to waste.
I have 25+ years in Biblical study - of the manuscripts - and I can assure you that there is not one thing written in Scripture that says God will want to force your decision in any way at all - its just the opposite. You seem to have made up your mind, so now you enjoy yourself- if I were you, I'd have a never-ending party;
esspecially since this is all you will ever have. live it up!!!

God never asks anyone to woprship him.He is never bothered about whether some one worships him or not. All the worship and prayers and rituals are all created by priests for their survival and to keep hegemony over the guillible.

People do good without God all the time. He doesn't exist.

People who think that the lack of a God would mean the lack of morality have not studied morality very well. First, morality wasn't created by any religion. At best, they reflect the morality of the society (though usually behind the times some). Second, one's religious belief is not a good predictor of good morality. If there is any religious sector under-represented in the American prison system, it's the atheists.

Compared to God who is pure holiness our goodness is as filthy rags. The bible says we ALL sin. We need a way other than our own goodness to be reconciled to him. Praise the name of Jesus, God has given us his only begotten son so that whosoever believes in him will not perish but have everlasting life.

Actually,...no, you literally cannot do anything good without GOD.
As an example, Satan, who has rebelled against God, is apart from God, devoid of God's goodness, completely, utterly evil, corrupt & depraved, unwilling & unable to do good... without GOD. Without God's help, we ourselves are not even able to be willing to do good. We would be totally overwhelmed by fear, anger, evil desires, etc. so that we couldn't even be willing to try. We are dependent on God's kindness to even give us a willingness to try to not be evil. Hey, God is soooo NICE to help us out !!!

I don't know I can still get to minus world without him, you just have to hit the right brick in world 1-2 and get a running start and go through the wall, that's pretty good, isn't it?

I asked this question earlier only you said it nicer than I did. I didn't get a real answer then either. I don't think they know the answer. If they say yes, they bring into doubt their beliefs. If they say no, it makes them look foolish. Its a lose/lose situation for them.

People can be good without a god. People can be evil WITH a god. I don't think there's much of a correlation.
