you have a little infection, pinch it and squeeze it like acné

Could be infection starting or just scare tissue, go back to the place that pierced it to find out or go see your doctor.

Scar tissue formation is common with many piercings. With no pain or discharge, you should be fine.

It's scar tissue. All wounds heal differently.
