Is uncooked popcorn still popping in your stomach? That can be rather painful. Also could be caused by baking soda and pop which gives that fizzy explosive feeling. Could be caused by greasy chicken that didn't cross the road. Most likely caused by too much beer or too many enemas!
You didn't give enough info for a diagnosis so I hope this helps.
On the tv there was a guy who had those symptoms and an alien popped out of his chest.

It sounds like you're under stress. When I am I crave things that I don’t normally obsess on, and I always just ether go to the gym, or get a good nights sleep (depending on the stress). If you are cramped, then take something for it, and just calm down. It always works for me.

man i think you should she a doctor soon if your having bad cramps. seriosly you never know it could be something worse. And about the cravings
Seven Helpful Strategies For Reducing Cravings
1. Include Hydroxycut® in your diet and exercise plan to help support weight loss, boost energy levels, and, of course, reduce food cravings.
2. Drink at least ten 8-ounce glasses of water per day.
3. Staying active by doing things you enjoy can take your mind off nagging food cravings.
4. Eat moderate amounts of food every three or four hours instead of having one or two large meals with long periods of time between them.
5. When selecting sources of carbohydrates to eat, choose complex sources such as brown rice and whole wheat breads and pastas.
6. Eat protein and healthy dietary fats with your carbs at meal times.
7. Choose your calories wisely and consider snacking on a meal-replacement bar instead of a candy bar when you get cravings.

It could be several things. You could be pregnant if you have had unprotected sex lately. It could all be in your head, and you could be freaking out over some sex you had, and are convincing yourself that your pregnant. You could also have an ulcer. Sometimes when people get ulcers from stress, they ache. People will eat more to unconscously soothe the pain, and they end up gaining weight. Go to the doctor. Stress is a *****.

Hmmm. Possibly labour or the stomach virus that is in epidemic proportions now. Try to keep yourself hydrated and this should pass in 48 hours.

If you've had sexual intercourse you're definitely going to want to get a pregnancy test and see a doctor. From the description you gave, it sounds just like pregnancy.
