Vets can help you, not us. The poor cat could have gotten an internal injury from wrestling around.

how severe was the bleeding? if it's only a little tiny bit please give the cat a break for awhile if it's a lot please see the vet and also stop wrestling with your cat you are stronger than the cat and are capable of hurting it
