have you examined her paws ? - look at the insides between the "toes" - could be someththing is stuck there and is bothering your cat. If sores develop between the toes, then it could be ringworm - very itchy. The vet has to treat that (relatively simple treatment).

Take your cat to the vet, most like it contracted some kind of infection of something that would cause an irritation and would make the cat start chewing on its paws.

My cat has had that problem once. Look at her paws closely for foreign bodies. Your pet might have lodged a small pebble or grass seed in her foot, and is desperately trying to set it free. If this is not the case, take your pet to the vet for further examination. Good luck!!!!

Take your cat to the vet to check for allergies and infection. If there aren't any, I would suggest using a "bitter spray". I work at a PetSmart PetsHotel, and several of the employees in the store recommend a type of bitter spray that is nasty to taste. It can be sprayed on furniture, carpet, just about anything. And there is a type that can be applied to your pet.

IT'S USUALLY A SKIN PROBLEM WHEN THEY DO THAT... IF YOU TAKE THE CAT TO THE VET THE SHOULD BE ABLE TO GIVE YOUR CAT A CREAL FOR THE SKIN. IF YOU DONT THE CAN CAN ACTUALLY START TO CHEW OFF SKIN AND YOU DON'T WANT THAT.
