I am looking for toilet seat covers and matching bath mats with white magnolias. I was thinking about buying a black set and sewing the magnolias on but can't find patches! Please help!

Toilet seat COVER people. Not the toilet seat itself. Anyway, this is an awfully specific request. Big doubts on finding it. Making it yourself would probably be the only way you'll get what you want. Yeah, you'll probably not find patches either. Look for a fabric with magnolias, then iron Wonder Under (you can get this at fabric stores) on the fabric, cut out the magnolias and then iron them onto a black toilet seat cover. Then finish off the edge of the flowers with stitching or a fabric paint or a trim.
But, sounds like you'll have more luck finding a custom toilet seat anyway!

thats pretty specific for a toilet seat. i would suggest finding a black one, and then decoupaging magnolias onto it (only on the top of the lid) then make sure you coat it with an appropriate varnish or whatever. ask at the hardware store what what be good to use.

Zimba has given you my answer also. Buy a black one, or paint one black, decoupage the flowers onto the seat, and apply several coats of water-based polyurethane on the seat. (Oil-based tends to take on a yellow coloration.)

If you get the toilet seat yellow, you'll never have to clean anything off of it again... Just a suggestion. :)
