ok well in october he told me he liked me. then the next day he said that he didn't want to date inside of his "friendship circle". now he has gone out of his way to be with me all of the time. everyone i talk to that sees us together says that we flirt non stop and he flirts lots more. please help! no one so far has been able to give me advise that i would even think about following.

Ok, He want's to date you, but doesn't want to overstep the "friendship" bounds. I really think he's into you, but he's not sure how you feel. You said he flirts with you non-stop, and I'm sure you are doing the same. Why this guy can't see that you are into him, well, some guys are just clueless when it comes to women. You should just keep hanging out with him. But let him make the first move. Don't scare him away. If he's flirting, he's not that shy. Just give him some time. He'll start to see you in a different light. He'll start to see you as someone he needs to watch over, protect. Just give it a bit more time. He sounds slow to react to his own feelings.

If you do then you need to change a little with him, don't act to friendly with him and if you see a cute guy don't hesitate to say it loud, that will give him a sign that you are not responding to his flirt. Maybe he will ask you why are you acting different, just say "I'm not! plus we're friends" If he really likes you then he will let you know because I bet you anything he won't like the idea of loosing you, even though you're not actually his girlfriend you're approving him to act like one in a way, that's why you need to wake him up, and this is the best way to do it.
