Do you mean is there a way to check if a hymen is still intact?
If so.. a GYN exam can tell
If you mean. can us gals have the guy medically checked?

Umm...only if that partner was a female and had NEVER been with anyone-including yourself! But that test would only be able to be conducted on her to see if she lost her virginity...time for a new one perhaps? Unless of course you find yourself with an unexplainable STD!!
