For something like this, I wouldn't recommend going online.

If you look in the phone book, there are plenty of lawyers who will do wills for $99.

If that's too much for you to spend, purchase Suze Orman's Will & Trust Kit. It's very easy to use, is state specific, and there's other useful info in there as well. All you do is answer the questions, print it out, get it notarized, and you're done.

Contact an attorney first and see if they know of any places online. My physician had given me some advice two years ago. So your physician may help you also.
