I went to the Cheesecake Factory the other day and they had this awesome frozen drink called the Georgia Peach it was served in a Schooner Goblet or a Brandy Snifer with a mint sprig as garnish. The peach blend had a swirl of raspberry puree through it which really made it look like a peach.

Does anyone know the exact recipe/how its made?

I know it is made with Absolut vodka, peach and raspberry purées. But is it frozen peaches and raspberries, how much vodka, how much ice and if theres anything else? Thanks

1 cup frozen peaches
1 dash vanilla extract
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tbsp superfine sugar
1 1/2 oz vodka
1 cup crushed ice
1 oz peach schnapps
1/2 oz apricot brandy
Swirl of raspberry puree
Combine the peaches, lime juice, rum, schnapps, brandy, vanilla, and sugar in the blender until smooth. Slowly add the ice with the blender running and process until smooth. Drizzle a spoon of raspberry puree, swirl and serve in chilled cocktail glasses.

Raspberry puree
1 - 12 ounce bag of unsweetened frozen raspberries
1/3 cup of granulated white sugar (or to taste).
Place a large fine meshed strainer over a bowl and thaw 1 - 12 ounce bag of unsweetened frozen raspberries. This will take several hours.
Gently press the berries to force all the juice from the berries. All that should remain in the strainer is the raspberry seeds.

Add sugar to taste.

It's not just ANY Georgia peach that's so good. The best peaches are called Georgia Belle Peaches and they're only available in August each year. This year, however, we had a VERY late frost that killed almost ALL of the peach crop. Georgia Belles are a white meated peach and they're very sweet. When they're ripe, they're kind of mushy, but they're so sweet that they melt in your mouth like M & Ms. Whatever you see in the store might be Georgia peaches, but there's nothing too special about them unless they're Georgia Belles. And unfortunately, you won't find any of them this year b/c we can't even get 'em here in Georgia this year.

I live in Puerto Rico and we don't have Cheesecake Factory here but that drink sounds incredible! If you don't already belong join recipezaar.com (it's free) and post the recipe there if you get it here. Please?
