I asked the question about careless drivers?

I do not drive carelessly I remember a motercycle speeding past me with a girl on the back then he got stuck behind a truck and I ended up passing both the truck and motercycle then the nut came up behind me I guess to get my plate number...we did not collide nor did he swere off the road he was just a nut showing off for a girl

If you passed legally you have nothing to be concerned about. Even if someone DOES complain to the cops about someone Else's driving, the cops can/will do nothing until they see it themself.

Gee, I can't imagine a guy trying to show off for a girl :)
