I made it a policy a long time ago, that if keeping my mouth shut about something would mean it was going to drive me crazy not knowing ... then I would have to speak up, regardless. I think you need to think about that policy. It's obviously driving you crazy not knowing. Talk to him. Stop him the next time you pass him and just say, "I wanted to talk to you about something... can we get together..." Make a plan to sit down and talk. Just tell him you would like to know why he stopped talking to you. Ask him straight out "What happened?" Sometimes it's the only way to find out what you need to know.

Well, there are many options to this kind of situation.
First option:
Approach that idiot and ask what's wrong, and when I say ask, demand! This is your precious time, energy, and effort being put into making your relationship work and to be happy for you both. If he decides to stop talking, he doesn't fully appreciate you or anything you do.
If he can't give a reason, or if he acts nervous, then something's up. Either he's lost interests, or something else, I have no clue. It does not bode well if it comes to that, and I suggest you dump him and make yourself more happier than hanging around somone who doesn't care.
Second option: Ignore him like you have no idea who he is. He might notice, and he'll ask whats wrong, and this is where you come in. Do to others as they do to you. If he ignores you, fine, two can play this game.
Just make sure, that you yourself, are happy, and if it means breaking up with some guy that may not love you back even though you may still have feelings, it'll be worth it because you sure don't need a clingy no-speak guy dragging you down.

Id say, if he just "stopped" he probably did somthing that would probably hurt you. Maybe because he actually did love you, he didnt want to tear your heart out. And if it is that(which I know it is,, haha) make it really clear to him that any **** in the past dosent matter(and dont dig to bring it up). As far as talking to him again, I don't know you're situation(co workers, students, friends of friends, etc) If ya know his number, give him a call, if he loved you, i'am sure he would love to hear from you, and just start it and go with it really slow, cause people change really fast, and for all you know you might not even want anything out of it!
Good Luck

well i guess there's nothing wrong with talking to him about it. maybe when you see him or try to invite him to lunch. just to clear things out. but if he doesn't want to, never mind. don't beg to talk to him.
