I really want a skateboard, I got one a couple years ago that I never used so I out grew it. I want to get one now but I need to know how much it costs, where to get it, and how to ask my mom for it.

a good pro name board about $100-200 depending if you custom make it with what you want or not, My boads cost around $80-130, my blank board being the cheapest. I buy them all online, ebay is a good place to get a cheaper complete board brane new. I shop at www.ccs.com usally for my stuff. There may be local places in your city or close buy that sell boards also but they may be asking more for one than the internet. As for asking your mom for one...say you'll do some chores or work around the house or something like study harder and get good grades...or just ask, I'm not sure how cool your mom is so it's hard to tell what she'll say. As for the board you had a couple years ago how did you grow out of it? they don't change much in size if its just a common style skateboard...oh well.

A real skateboard $100-$130 on ccs.com
A fake skateboard $20-$40 at dick's sprting goods or walmart

Just get the real skateboard, you'll be glad you did because the trucks won't break on you and you will go alot faster.

I go to center city sports in the mall and get my board customized. you can pick out every part of your board for a little over $100. Usually you can get this done at most skate shops.
