could be a medical problem, and perhaps you are on the right path as far as drug usage goes, I do not either but it is because of tantric training

may have been to extreme for his crotch something sensitive for him is that what you should do concentrate without talking to him about it on his sensitivity in his thing not the tip and it could be his balls
