Evergreen bushes are constantly green via form of leaf they have that's style of a slender needle, Conifers thrive the place it quite is chilly and windy. maximum bushes do no longer stay to tell the story those circumstances via fact they are able to't drink water from the frozen soil. however the waxy coating on the conifer's long, skinny needles help those bushes look after water -- and stay green all year around.

I'm thinking it's cause they can store water in their leaves or pines or needles or whatever, and so they're like cactuses sorta, except in evergreen tree form. so they maintain their greenness all year round..
