I had an IM chat with someone from an online dating site. It was fun...we both used webcams and I thought it went well. I don't know where to go from here... part of me was hoping for an email today from him...some sort of sign that he liked the chat, too... then my insecurity kicks in and says "maybe he didn't find you pretty enough on the cam?" Ugh... how long should I wait before I make contact again -- or should he?

You didnt mention when was the last time you guys had that chat. If it was few days ago, wait a little bit, he might be busy. You can always contact him since it's still virtual, you guys havent meet personally, if he takes longer to contact you, you do it on a friendly way.
