i like this guy and whenever we talk my friend is always listening in. and today we were flirting and we made a bet and the other girl just had to join in the bet! i got so mad! it was suppose to be between me and him. and today i was like is that a new shirt? and he was like yea. then she just comes out of nowhere and was like interupting! she is my friend but sometimes i just can't stand her!

SLOW DOWN! Take a breath. And think.
She's just being friendly towards him. Of course, you're also being friendly towards him in hopes of catching him. You think she might be using the same method. Perhaps she is, but for all you know, she's just making friends with your friend. It sounds like to me you're overreacting. She hasn't been flirting heavily or anything, has she?
SECOND--he is not your boyfriend. It sounds like he is no one's boyfriend. You (and perhaps your friend) may not be the only girl(s) interested in him. Keep that in mind. If you make her an enemy, you better make all the other girls enemies. And that wouldn't be fun, would it?
BESIDES, if he decides to get a girlfriend, half the decision goes to him. And I doubt it would be just because someone joined in on a bet or 'interrupted.'
Anyway, if you can't stand her, I don't know how you two are friends in the first place. Perhaps you are acquaintances and can only stand so much of each other? Or maybe you really are good friends and this lack of trust (from one side or the other) is hurting your friendship. It's already crumbling if that's the case.

first off, why do you want to get rid of this girl who's your friend? would you like it if she ditched you in the same manner as you would? i think not. it's best to just tell her that you feel that she is imposing and ask her to back off. but say it respectfully. usually friendships are put to the test when there's a guy involved. if you and your friend are that close, don't give up on the frienship for something that may only last a few weeks.

You need to talk to your friend. Maybe she doesn't realize that you really like this guy or is just being stupid. Tell her you'd like to get to know him better and you can't if she keeps barging in and interupting or getting involved in your conversations. See where that goes. If she won't back off, maybe you need to stop being her friend because she doesn't sound like she's yours.

Okay, DON'T start being a b***h to her. If you do, the guy you like will probably not like you because you are acting so rude. So talk to her instead, and ask her if she likes him or not. If she does, well you really cant tell her to not like anybody. I mean, everybody is entitled to their own feelings for people. You could ask her maybe to give you and this guy some privacy now and then?
